When text A has been dictated, students swap roles for text B which continues with information about the country. Next, referring to text A, students underline the correct adjectives of quantity in a passage on their worksheet. Students then use text B and the quantity adjectives provided to complete the second part of the passage. Afterwards, pairs create their own country, giving their country a name and writing sentences about the country's size, location, features, climate and people using adjectives of quantity. Lastly, each student finds another partner and asks them about their country.

Here is a fun adjectives of quantity board game for students to play in class. In the game, students try to claim as many squares as they can by completing sentences with suitable adjectives of quantity. Teams take it in turns to roll the dice. If a team rolls an odd number, they can only complete an odd-numbered sentence. If they roll an even number, they can only complete an even-numbered sentence. The team members then choose a numbered sentence and complete it with an adjective of quantity from the centre of the board, writing the adjective in the space provided. If the other team agrees the quantity adjective is correct, the team wins the square. If not, the adjective is erased. It is then the other team's turn to roll the dice and try to claim a square. Later in the game, if a team rolls an odd or even number and there are none of those sentences left, the team misses a turn. The team with the most squares at the end of the game wins.
